Post whatever, I don't care. If you're frustrated and need to get something out. Excited over something you would feel otherwise stupid saying? Have fun. Have the overwhelming urge to be an asshole, go to town! Just, uh, be aware your comments will probably be screened. IP logging is off.

Spring is coming and with it, new beginnings. Slough off whatever you need to.

This makes me really sad. :( Is there any way you can replace it with the same bear? Have you tried to find one like it online? Or maybe asked the daycare to send home a note with the other kids to check if they have it, because it belongs to someone who misses it very much?

Fuck anyone who says it's just a teddy bear, I totally get where you are coming from and I am 24 and don't have kids.

I'm looking at replacements online at the moment. Sadly, the manufacturer doesn't sell their items in Canada anymore, which is frustrating. [They used to carry them at Toys/Babies R Us and Chapters/Indigo, but we haven't seem them for about a year now]. eBay seems to be my best bet at this point in time, although my husband is kind of rolling his eyes at my concern over this thing because "she'll forget about it soon!".

I'm concerned about a replacement being rejected, because ours was very well worn. This thing has been dragged about for two years, and because it's organic cotton with vegetable dye, it basically turned this overall off-white cream colour [it started white and pink]. I'm really hoping the daycare lady has actually looked for it over the 3-day weekend. If it hasn't turned up, I'll see if she can ask other kids/parents because I know we've had weird things appear in our bag before. Makes me feel like a dick, but I just feel like everyone else is being really apathetic about this when it's been giving me constant anxiety attacks.
